摘要
某型转塔在进行随机振动试验时,在PSD谱线第一个窄带附近,出现较大振动响应,影响产品性能及结构安全。运用有限元软件对转塔的模态进行了仿真计算,提出了不同的结构改进方案,并对比了整机模态频率和加速度响应的变化。基于仿真结果,确定了最优的结构改进设计。
In the random vibration test of an electric-optic turret, a high acceleration response occurs near the first narrow-band of the PSD, it can seriously affect the performance of the system and the security of the structure. In this paper, the modal analysis of the turret is carried out based on the FEM software. Different ways of structure improvement are proposed. Modal frequencies and acceleration response are compared. Based on the simulation results, the optimal plan of structure improvement design is ensured.
