摘要
为满足海洋90m钻井平台钻井工况、钻台设备的安装和使用要求,开发设计了钻台底座。该底座设计为整体框架式钢结构,四周设有挡风墙、顶部两侧有遮阳棚,台面有泥浆、污油、雨水回收槽等。由于该底座在恶劣海洋环境中使用,存在工作载荷大,工况复杂等因素,底座结构的强度至关重要。通过利用ANSYS有限元分析软件,对钻台底座进行建模计算分析,结果表明,该钻井平台钻台底座的强度符合API标准要求。
This paper designs drilling substructure to meet installation and application requirements of offshore 90 m drilling platform working condition, rig equipment. This substructure has overall frame type steel structure, whit wind-break wall all around, awnings at top sides, recycling groove of mud, oil and water in floor, etc. The substructure is used in the harsh Marine environment, so its strength is very important under large working load and complex working conditions.Substructure mode is calculated and analyzed using ANSYS software. The results show that the strength of drilling platform substructure can meet the requirements of API standard.
