摘要
为保证城市轨道交通车辆制动系统在-25℃以下的高寒环境下正常工作,提出一种针对双塔干燥器和电空转换阀电加热的措施,并结合地铁车辆制动系统的结构组成及工作原理,完成加热装置的结构设计和设备布置的优化。
To ensure that the brake system of metro vehicle can work under-25℃ environment, this paper proposes a measure to heat the dual tower air dryer and electric-pneumatic change-over valve using electric heating. According to the structure of metro vehicle brake system and working principle of brake system, we design the structure for preheating device and optimize the equipment layout.
