摘要
文章以72家高校出版社的调查问卷资料为基础,对学术图书开放存取的可行性进行了分析,认为目前我国学术图书开放存取存在着经济问题缺陷、盈利模式模糊、开放方式不一、开放程度较低等问题,建议从制定开放政策、限定强制开放,突破传统价值、创新商业模式,制定激励政策、鼓励各方参与和创造共用许可,加快知识传播4个方面促进我国学术图书开放存取工作的发展。
This paper, based on questionnaires of 72 university presses, analyzes the feasibility of open access of academic books. It concludes that the open access of academic books is faced with problems, including economic weaknesses, fuzziness of profitability models, inconsistent open accesses and low availability. The paper further proposes formulation of open access policies and implementation of compulsory openness, breaking through traditional values and innovation of business models, making incentive policies and encouraging mass participation, creation of commons license and acceleration of knowledge dissemination, hence to promote the development of open access of academic books in China.
