摘要
对某台630 MW机组低压转子的异常振动进行了测试试验,结果表明:低压转子存在原始不平衡或热不平衡且动静间隙偏小、发电机转子上的热不平衡,引起低压转子不同程度的动静碰磨,导致低压转子轴振异常。通过在低压转子与汽发对轮上同时加重的现场动平衡调整,彻底解决了该振动问题,可为630 MW机组的振动故障诊断提供参考。
The abnormal vibration of low-pressure rotors of 630 MW units is tested.The result shows that there is initial unbalance or thermal unbalance in the rotors;besides,the kinetic-static clearance is small,and thermal unbalancing of the rotors results in rubbing of low-pressure rotor and the abnormal shaft vibration.The abnormal vibration is thoroughly eliminated by on-site dynamic balancing of low-pressure rotors and wheels of turbine and generator,which can be used as reference for the fault diagnosis of 630 MW units.
