摘要
目的:分析直线吻合器行带蒂胃肌瓣永久性胃造瘘术的优点。方法:通过对直线吻合器行带蒂胃肌瓣永久性胃造瘘术(观察组)和常规管式胃造瘘术(对照组)术中情况分析。结果:观察组患者术中平均的手术时间少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)、术中出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:直线吻合器行带蒂胃肌瓣永久性胃造瘘术快捷,出血量少,是一种值得推荐的手术方法。
Objective To explore the advantages of linear stapling for permanent gastrostomy with stomach muscle flap pedicled. Method Through linear stapler with the gastric pedicle muscle flap permanent gastric made fistula（ observation group） and conventional tube type gastric fistulation（ control group） in operation analysis. Results The average operation time of the observation group was less than that of the control group（ P〈 0. 05）,The amount of bleeding during operation was less than that of control group（ P〈 0. 01）. Conclusion Straight line anastomat in the gastric pedicle muscle flap permanent gastrostomy fast operation,less bleeding is a recommended procedure.
