循证护理模式在肝癌介入治疗患者实施的效果分析

The effect of evidence-based nursing in liver cancer patients with interventional therapy

目的:探讨对接受肝癌介入治疗的患者实施循证护理的疗效。方法:选择接受介入治疗的212例肝癌患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,各106例。对照组给予常规护理,试验组实施循证护理,比较两组患者并发症发生状况、SAS评分和SDS评分以及护理满意度。结果:试验组并发症的发生率显著低于对照组,SAS、SDS评分显著低于对照组,护理满意度显著高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对肝癌介入术治疗的患者实施循证护理,能够显著降低并发症发生率,缓解焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪,提高护理满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing in liver cancer patient with interventional therapy. Method 212 cases of liver cancer patients with interventional therapy were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,106 cases in each group. The control group were cared by routine nursing while the observation group were cared by evidence-based nursing. The incidence of complications,the scores of SAS and SDS and the rate of nursing satisfaction of two groups were compared. Results The incidence of complications and the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group. The nursing Satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group. The differences were statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The evidence-based nursing in liver cancer patients with interventional therapy can significantly reduce the incidence of complications,relieve anxiety,depression and other negative emotions and improve the rate of nursing satisfaction.
