不同基质酵母浸膏对cAMP合成菌生长的影响

Effect of yeast extract with different substrates on the growth of cAMP synthesis bacteria

选取7种不同基质酵母浸膏配制种子培养基,设定8、10、12 g/L三个质量浓度,摇床培养cAMP合成菌,对菌落密度、种子液p H、菌体浓度(OD值)和葡萄糖比消耗率等参数进行综合分析,研究不同基质酵母浸膏种子培养基对cAMP合成菌生长的影响.结果表明:cAMP合成菌的种子培养基中酵母膏最佳质量浓度为8 g/L,以使用啤酒废酵母浸膏和蔗糖糖蜜酵母浸膏更为适宜.

The effects of yeast extract medium with different substrates on the growth of cAMP synthesis bacteria was investigated and yeast extract with 7 different substrates were selected for seed medium preparation with concentrations of 8,10,12 g/L, respectively.The results showed that yeast extract concentration of 8 g/L was the optimal content and the combination of waste beer yeast extract and sugar molasses yeast extract was most appropriate for cAMP synthesis bacteria growing via comprehensive analysis of various parameters including colonies density,pH,cell concentration （OD） and glucose consumption rate and so on.
