摘要 利用Richards方程构建玉米籽粒灌浆动态模型,并进行籽粒灌浆特性分析.以3个玉米品种为试验材料,在大喇叭口期喷施6种不同成分的植物生长调节剂,观察并分析各处理玉米籽粒的灌浆特性及籽粒终止生长量和百粒质量等指标的差异.结果表明:各处理均可不同程度地影响玉米籽粒的灌浆过程,进而影响玉米籽粒的百粒质量.在6种生长调节剂中,普矮特、水稻小胖墩表现为提高玉米籽粒终止生长量和百粒质量,乙烯利、玉米伴侣的表现则相反,而玉喜、矮壮素在籽粒终止生长量和百粒质量上的表现略有差别,但与CK差别较小.试验运用数学模型方法定量分析了植物生长调节剂对玉米籽粒灌浆过程的影响,为玉米籽粒干物质积累动态模型的建立和管理决策提供量化工具和理论参考. The grai-filling dynamic models of maize were constructed by Richards equation,then their characteristic was analyzed.In this experiment,three cultivars of maize were used,six different components of plant growth regulators were sprayed in different cuhivars of maize at big trumpet stage.The differences of grain filling's characteristics, termination of increment and hundred-grain weight of all treatments were observed and analyzed.The results showed that the plant growth regulators make effect of different level on all treatments,and even further impact of hundred- grain weight and yield.In 6 kinds of plant growth regulators,the effect of Puaite,Shuidaoxiaopangdun were better than CK,they improved termination of increment and hundred-grain weight of inerement.Ethephon and Yumibanlti had opposite performances on these,and the performance of Yuxi and chlormequat chloride were not stable,but they were similar to the performance of CK.The quantitative analysis of this test mainly research the effect of plant growth regulators on process of grain filling by the mathematical model method.The research provided theoretical basis for the establishment of the dynamic models of dry matter accumulation of maize and management decisions in field.
