电磁平板一体式加热炉的研制及应用测试

摘要 利用电磁加热速度快,平板加热控温精度高的优点,设计了一种电磁平板一体式加热炉.利用LM339电压比较器比较放大的测温信号和参考信号实现电磁加热和平板加热之间的转换.大功率的电磁加热保证了加热炉的快速升温,采用高导热的石墨片提高表面的温度均匀性,利用镶嵌在石墨片表面的高精度热电偶以及PID控制器实现表面的高精度控温,通过循环利用电磁线圈的风冷装置实现炉体加热环境的稳定性控制.升温测试和纯钛表面热氧化实验证明,该加热炉升温速度快、温度均匀性好、控温精度高,能够为材料表面改性方面的研究提供帮助. One-piece furnace composed of electromagnetic heating and plate heating was proposed based on the high heating speed of electromagnetic heating and the high precision temperature control of plate heating.By means of voltage comparator which compares the amplifying temperature signal and the reference signal,the furnace executed the transformation between electromagnetic heating and plate heating.The high-powered electromagnetic heating guarantee the high warming speed of the furnace.The surface temperature homogeneity was improved by a graphite sheet with high conductivity of heat.Using a high precision thermocouple installed on the surface of graphite sheet and a PID temperature controller,the high precision temperature control of the surface was realized.By means of recycling the fan cooler of electromagnetic coil,the stability of furnace atmosphere was controlled.The warming test and experiment on surface thermal oxidation of Ti proved that this furnace possess fast rate of warming, good temperature homogeneity and high precision of temperature control and could offer help to the studies in the material surface modification.
