摘要
针对黑龙江省电力用户与发电企业电力直接交易规则,研究了基于不完全信息静态博弈的电力直接交易报价策略及市场力影响,并提出了改进了市场力影响的方法及交易规则的优化措施。
In this paper, the direct trading rules for power users and power generation enterprises in Heilongjiang Provinee, Based on the static game theory of incomplete information, the bidding strategies and market forces are studied, And puts forward the methods of improving the influence of market power and the optimization measures of the trading rules.
