摘要 在饮料包装过程,瓶子装箱后因为转向问题,出现个别箱子转箱不到位,导致封箱后喷码没有喷在纸箱白色喷码区域。虽然有人工检查,但会存在因漏检而引起投诉的情况。针对这一问题,设计了一套纸箱喷码区检测装置,该装置采用基恩士RGB数字光纤传感器,通过调整参数,修改原来称重装置的PLC程序,实现在高速生产时连续检测纸箱喷码区,当一旦检测到反向的箱子,可发出声光报警,并将箱子剔除到不合格品收集区。该装置在PET无菌冷灌装厂实际运行检验证明,装置运行稳定可靠,有效杜绝了喷码没有喷在喷码区的情况。 During the packaging process,due to the steering direction,there will be individual box that is not in place after steering,resulting in coding in incorrect area. Although manual checking is provided,it is still possible to have undetected error resulting in the complaints. To solve this problem,we design a carton coding area detection apparatus,which is applied with Keyence RGB digital fiber optic sensor. By adjusting the parameters,PLC program of weighing device is modified. This apparatus can be used in high-speed production. It has function of audible alarm when detecting the reverse box. At the same time,it will exclude the boxes to unqualified product collection zone. The device is used in PET aseptic cold filling plant. It has a good performance with stability and reliability. It can also effectively eliminate the coding errors.
