摘要
为了同时检测饮料中多种禁限用合成色素,建立了超高效液相色谱法测定饮料制品中合成色素的检测方法:样品稀释后调节pH值至中性,C18柱分离,以20mmol/L醋酸铵水溶液(用氨水调pH至8.5)—乙腈作为流动相梯度洗脱,紫外检测器在250nm处检测。在1.0~50μg/mL的线性范围内,峰面积与质量浓度呈良好线性关系,方法检出限(S/N=3)不大于0.2μg/mL。三个浓度下加标回收率在95.4%~107.9%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)〈7.5%。该方法前处理简单,检测结果快速灵敏,可以满足多种饮料制品中禁限用合成色素检测的需要。
To achieve simultaneous detection of 11 synthetic colorants in beverages,a determination method by UHPLC was established. The beverage samples were diluted by water and neutralized by aqueous ammonia. The chromatographic separation was carried out on a C18 column(2.1mm i.d ×100mm, 1.8μm)using UV detection at 250 nm and acetonitrile-acetate ammonium buffer solution(pH = 8.5)was used as the mobile phase for gradient elution. Results showed good linear range from 1.0 μg/mL to 50.0 μg/mL for 11 synthetic colorants. The limits of detection(LOD)were no more than 0.2 μg/m L and the average recoveries were in the range of 95.4% to 107.9% at three levels,and the relative standard deviations(RSD)were less than 7.5%. The method established is simple and sensitive,and can be used for the determination of 11 synthetic colorants in different type of beverages.
