高职院校教师应当成为“教书匠”——从“匠”意的本源说起 被引量:3

摘要 "中国制造"呼唤"工匠精神",现代职业教育需要为"教书匠"正名。"匠"之为"匠",应忠于职业操守、熟谙操作规范、具有精湛技能,并在实践中不断训练提高"手艺"。高职院校教师肩负着培养大国工匠精神的神圣使命,理应成为教活书、长技能的"教书匠"。高职院校应完善教师到企业实习的制度机制,形成校企合作培养"双师"教师共同体,切实加强兼职教师队伍建设。 "Made in China" calls for "craftsman spirit", and it is necessary for the modem vocational education to justify the meaning of "teacher and craftsman". "Craftsman" should be loyal to professional ethics, fa- miliar with the operation standards, bearing superb skills, and keep improving "handicrafts" in practice. Shouldering the sacred mission of cultivating the craftsman spirit of a great power, higher vocational teachers should become "teacher and craftsmen", teaching practical knowledge and cultivating skills. Higher vocational institutions should improve the mechanism of teacher internship in enterprises, form the community to cultivate "dual-talented" teachers, and effectively strengthen the construction of the part-time teaching team.
