摘要
基于一线党务工作实践,结合高职院校优秀人才培养的要求,运用层次分析法(AHP)建立了高职学生建党积极分子综合素质的量化评价模型,可为党务工作者在学生党员发展工作中的科学决策提供参考依据。
Based on the front-line party work practice, combined with the outstanding talent training requirements in higher vocational colleges, this paper sets up the quantitized evaluation model for the comprehensive qualities of the active party applicants in higher vocational college students by using Analytic Hierarchy Process（AHP）, hoping to provide reference for the scientific decision by party workers in developing student party members.
