摘要
分析了南京金鹰三期机电安装工程应用BIM技术的必要性,并介绍了BIM技术在图纸会审、碰撞检查、管线综合、净高分析、模拟演示、现场施工指导、可视化交底、工程量统计、构件场外预加工等方面的应用,最后展望了BIM技术在工程项目中的应用前景。
This paper analyzes the necessity of applying BIM technology in mechanical and electrical installation engineering of Nanjing Golden Eagle Project Ⅲ, and introduces BIM technology in drawing examination, collision inspection, pipeline synthesis, net height analysis, simulation demonstration, on-site construction instruction, visualization resolution, engineering quantity statistics, component pre-processing and other aspects. Finally, the writer indicates the application prospect of BIM technology in engineering projects.
