摘要
文章通过对学生进行高校辅导员心理健康教育能力调查问卷,并采用主成分分析方法进行统计分析.结果表明,主成分分析得到的主成分很好地反映了学生对辅导员具备的心理健康教育能力需求,可更好地帮助辅导员进行有针对性的进行心理健康教育知识的学习与实践,提升自身的心理健康教育能力.
The questionnaire survey of college counselors' psychological health education ability was carried out,and the principal component analysis method was used for statistical analysis.The results show that the principal components obtained by the principal component analysis are good reflection of the students' ability of mental health education for counselors,which can carry out targeted learning and practice of mental health education knowledge.
