摘要
文章首次报道了一种以2-吲哚酮为底物经Cu(II)催化一步合成靛红的新方法.这种方法以简便的操作和无需添加化学计量的氧化剂为主要特色,反应中的氧气不仅作为反应试剂同时也充当氧化剂,从而使这种方法更加绿色和实用.通过核磁共振氢谱、核磁共振碳谱对产物的结构进行了表征.另外文中还提出了可能的反应机理.
A copper(II)-catalyzed one-step synthesis of isatin from 2-oxindole has been reported for the first time.Operational simplicity and no addition of any other stoichiometric oxidant are the key features of this protocol.Molecular oxygen is employed as a reagent and the sole oxidant,thus making this protocol more green and practical.The structure of product were characterized by 1 H NMR spectra and 13 C NMR spectra.In addition,aplausible mechanism of this reaction was proposed.
