On Promoting Construction of People's Livelihood Based on the Idea of Shared by All

党的十八届五中全会创造性地提出了五大发展理念,其中共享发展理念被首次提出。共享发展理念在改革开放以后不断得到丰富和发展,在全面建成小康社会的决胜阶段将发挥更加重要的作用。厘清共享发展理念与民生建设的逻辑关系,从而在公共服务、教育、就业创业、收入以及社会保障制度方面,切实做到共享发展理念的落实,推进民生建设。

The Communist Party of China convened the fifth plenary session of its 18th Central Committee to announce five developing ideas, and the idea of shared by all was announced first. The idea of shared by all has developed constantly since reform and opening up, and has played an important role on the key period of building moderately prosperous society. Clarifying the connection between the idea of shared by all and construction of people＇s livelihood, such as public service, education, working anti social security, and practice the idea of shared by all, so that it can promote the construction of People＇s livelihood.
