The Effective Ways of Young Teachers' Career Development in Transitional Newly-established Undergraduate Universities

转型发展是当前新建本科高校直面的战略性问题,高校教师队伍转型主体是青年教师。以转型发展为契机,认真抓好青年教师职业发展建设工作,不仅是新建本科高校转型发展能否成功的关键,也是新建本科高校可持续发展的不竭动力。构筑职业愿景,强化在职指导和培训,搭建多样化实践平台是青年教师职业发展的有效途径。

Transformation development is the strategic problem of newly- built undergraduate universities,whose transitional team is mainly composed of young teachers. Focusing on young teachers’ career development is the key to successful transformation. And the effective ways of promoting young teachers’ career development are listed as follow： to create a career vision,to strengthen the guidance and training of in- service teachers and to build the diversified practice platform.
