论媒介融合视野下地方高校新闻人才培养模式——以河池学院为例

The Limitations and Countermeasures of Talent Training Mode of Local Universities and Colleges in the Context of Media Convergence——Taking Hechi University as an example

媒介融合通过媒介社会环境的变化对新闻专业人才提出了新的要求。以河池学院为例,分析现今地方高校新闻专业人才培养模式,从新闻教育理念、课程体系、师资队伍、实践教学环节四方面探讨其局限性,并针对其局限性提出相应的对策,以期对地方高校新闻人才培养的改革产生积极的作用。

Media Convergence put forward new requirements to journalist by changing the medium environment. Taking Hechi University as an example,the author analyzed the limitations of talent training mode in four aspects as the concept of journalism education,curriculum system,teaching staff and practical teaching links. The author also proposed the corresponding strategies in the paper,hoping to bring positive impact on local universities.
