福建古雷石化基地雷电活动特征及对策分析 被引量:16

摘要 以福建漳州古雷国家级石化基地所在区域2004—2012年闪电定位系统的监测数据、漳浦县气象观测站1961—2012年历史雷暴日观测数据为基础,采用数理统计等分析方法,对古雷石化基地所在区域的雷电活动特征进行分析,并根据特征提出具体的防护对策。分析得出以下结论:1)年闪电次数均值约为79.78次,年雷电活动日平均值约为46.41天,每年雷电活动的频繁程度各不相同,存在一定程度的波动,而闪电定位监测到的闪电次数最大值达到了144次/年,最少仅有45次/年。2)雷电活动分布较为不均匀,主要集中在半岛中间及东北、西北角,其余区域活动相对较弱。就雷电活动的时间特征看,每年的12个月份都存在雷电活动,主要集中在6—9月的夏季,而在春、冬季节雷电的活动相对较弱,雷电活动在一天中主要集中在12—20时。3)从对历史雷电流的拟合统计分析来看,雷电流幅值大小主要集中在11.1 k A左右,根据拟合出来雷电流分布函数,计算得项目区域雷电流小于15.8 k A的累积概率为76.7%,小于10.1 k A的累积概率为37.0%,小于5.4 k A的累积概率为0.70%。 Based on the lightning location system monitoring data of Fujian Zhangzhou Gulei statelevel petrochemical base region in 2004—2012 and historical thunderstorm days observation data in 1961 to 2012 from Zhangpu weather station,using analysis methods such as mathematical statistics,the characteristics of lightning activity in Gulei petrochemical base region were analyzed,and the concrete countermeasures were also concluded. The analysis results are as follows. 1) The mean number of lightning is about 79. 78 times per year,lightning day average is about 46. 41 days,lightning activity frequency of each are not identical,there is some fluctuations,and lightning positioning monitoring to a maximum number of lightning reached 144 times per year,at least only 45 times. 2) The lightning activity distribution is uneven,and mainly concentrated in the middle of the peninsula and northeast,northwest,the rest of the regional activity is relatively weak. There is lightning activity in the whole year,and mainly concentrated in June-September of summer,less in the spring and winter. The lightning activity mainly concentrated at 12: 00—20: 00 in a day. 3) From the fitting statistical analysis of historical lightning current,lightning current amplitude sizes are mainly concentrated about 11. 1 kA. According to the fitting out lightning current distribution function,the cumulative probability is 76. 7% when lightning current is less than 15. 8 kA in the project area,and 37. 0% when lightning current is less than 10. 1 kA,and 0. 70%when less than 5. 4 kA.
