摘要 随着国家水环境保护力度的加大,为解决农村水环境污染问题,开发了适合农村生活污水特点,具有先进新型、高排放标准适用技术及新型运营管理模式的模块化MBR膜技术污水处理系统。系统采用的主体工艺为MBR膜生物反应器,进水端设置沉渣调节池,处理过程中采用气提方式进行硝化液回流和排除剩余污泥、同步化学除磷。处理系统分成几个模块,可根据现场实际情况进行拼装组合。经调研比选,MBR膜组件选用韩国ECONITY公司的箱式抽屉膜组件。与处理系统配套,同步研究开发了1套网络化农村生活污水在线管理系统,由综合监控中心,现场PLC站.GPRS通讯控制器、互联网和用户电脑(PAD)共同组成。该污水处理技术在上海市青浦区实施了2个示范工程,并在2014-04-2015-06,对2个示范工程进WT运行跟踪试验,并对系统进行了优化改进。2个示范工程出水水质中CODc。BODs.氨氮.总氮和总磷均达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)一级A标准。模块化MBR膜技术污水处理系统具有工艺灵活、占地面积小,抗冲击负荷能力强,出水水质稳定达标、处理过程可控等优势,结合网络化在线管理系统,可实现无人值守的全自动控制。 Along with further enhancing the protection of aquatic ecosystem, to tackle the water pollution problem in rural areas, an advanced modular membrane bioreactor (MBR) sewage treatment technology has been developed to achieve higher emission standards. There is a sediment regulation pool at its inlet, and air extraction is used for internal recycle of nitrification liquid and residual sludge removal meanwhile phosphorus is chemically removed as well. Processing system is divided into several modules, which can be assembled according to the on-site situation. Drawer membrane assembly manufactured by ECONITY, a Korean firm, was chosen. A set of networked rural domestic sewage ontine management system was developed including an integral monitoring centre, on-site PLC station, GPRS communications controller, the Internet and user computers (PAD). Two demonstration projects had been implemented in Qingpu District, Shanghai City, and field tests were carried out in April 2014 through June 2015. It was found that the effluent quality of the two systems could meet the requirement of Grade A of Class one in standard GB 18918-2002. Modular MBR sewage treatment technology has advantages of flexibility, covering less space, strong anti-shock-loading capacity, stable compliant effluent quality, controlled processing, and etc. Combined with the networked online management system, it can achieve unattended operation.
