树脂成型柔性防刺材料的防刺性能研究 被引量:7

摘要 制备了一种树脂成型柔性防刺材料,对多层该防刺材料进行动态穿刺测试,研究单层树脂成型防刺材料和芳纶无纬布的准静态穿刺性能,并把树脂成型柔性防刺材料和芳纶无纬布以不同的方式进行叠加后进行动态穿刺性能测试。结果表明,4层树脂成型柔性防刺材料不具备理想的防刺效果;单层树脂成型柔性防刺材料和15层芳纶无纬布各有其防刺特点;顶部为2层树脂成型柔性防刺材料、中间为15层芳纶无纬布和底部为1层树脂成型柔性防刺材料的三明治叠加方式下制成的防刺材料,其防刺性较好。 A kind of flexible stab-resistance materials by means of resin molding was prepared. The dynamic stabbing experiments of multi-layers of the flexible stab-resistance materials were carried out, and the quasi-static stab-resistance of the single-layer flexible stab-resistance materials and Kevlar no-weft fabrics were also studied. The dynamic stab-resistance of materials made of stacked flexible stab-resistance materials and Kevlar no-weft fabrics was tested. The results showed that the 4-layer flexible stab-resistance materials didn't achieve the desired stab-resistance effect. The single- layer flexible stab-resistance materials and the 15-layer Kevlar no-weft fabrics had their own stab-re- sistance characteristics. The material made by a sandwich stacking way with 2-layer and l-layer flex- ible stab-resistance material on top and bottom respectively, and 15-layer Kevlar no-weft fabrics in middle had good stab-resistance.
