玻璃纤维/不饱和聚酯191复合材料阻燃性能的研究 被引量:3

摘要 以不饱和聚酯191为基体材料,玻璃纤维为增强材料,加入相应的阻燃剂,制得阻燃复合材料。研究了不同的玻璃纤维含量对复合材料力学性能和阻燃性能的影响,以及阻燃剂的不同种类、含量对复合材料力学性能和阻燃性能的影响。通过SEM分析了基体材料与拉伸断面纤维的结构和断裂情况。结果表明,在一定范围内,复合材料力学性能随着阻燃剂用量的增加而降低;拉伸强度随着玻璃纤维加入量的增加而增加;冲击强度在少量玻璃纤维加入时略有降低,后随玻璃纤维加入量的增加而增加。当阻燃剂含量为20份时,硼酸锌、氢氧化铝、三氯乙烯磷酸酯氧指数分别为30.0、28.5、25.0,三氯乙烯磷酸酯阻燃效果最好。 The flame retardant composites were produced with the unsaturated polyester 191 as the matrix material and glass fiber as the strengthening material,by adding corresponding flame retardant.The effects of different content of glass fiber on mechanical properties and flame retardant properties were studied and the mechanical properties and flame retardant properties effected by the different kinds and content of flame retardant were also studied.According to SEM,this paper analyzed the state of tensile fracture fiber and the construction and fracture of matrix material fiber.The result showed that in a certain scope,with the increasing amount of flame retardant,the mechanical property of composite polyester would decrease.With the increasing amount of glass fiber,the tensile strength would increase.The impact strength would decrease,when a bit of glass fiber was added.Then it increased with adding the amount of glass fiber.When the amount of flame retardant was twenty portions,the index of the zinc borate,the aluminum hydroxide and the trichloroethylene phosphate were 30.0,28.5and 25.0respectively,which would achieve the best effect of flame retardant of trichloroethylenephosphate.
