摘要
以较为简便的一步水热法为基本制备方法,以无水Ca(NO_3)_2、TiCl_4和NaOH为原料,成功地合成了CaTiO_3晶体粉末,同时利用激光粒度分析仪等表征手段对产物的微结构和形貌进行了表征,并讨论了不同NaOH的初始浓度对CaTiO_3粒径的影响。结果表明,100℃下即可水热合成纯相的CaTiO_3晶体,选取水热反应温度为200℃、反应时间为6h、NaOH初始浓度为2.0mol/L时,获得的CaTiO_3粉体结晶性好,晶粒近似立方体形状,尺寸分布均匀,平均粒径约1.0μm。
Calcium titanate(CaTiO_3)is one of compounds of perovskite oxide.It is widely apply in the field of optics,electronics,biology and so on.As a significance functional materias,it has an important role in basic research and practical application.For the first,calcium nitrate anhydrous solution and hydrochloric acid solution of titanium tetrachloride by the molar ratio of1∶1mix,then slowly added 2mol/L of sodium hydroxide solution,after mixing into the reactor lined with tetrafluoroethylene,placed in a thermostat at 200 ℃ different reaction times.The resulting products were suction filtered and then washed with ethanol and distilled water in order,and the drying temperature is 60℃for 12 h.Secondly,the effects of different initial concentration of NaOH were investigated.The calcium titanate was well crystallized with cubic when the initial concentration of NaOH was added.The size distribution is uniform.The particle size of product is about 1μm.
