植物远志多糖的含量测定与特性黏度的分析

Determination and intrinsic viscosity of polysaccharides polygala

分析植物远志多糖的含量,并对多糖的特性黏度进行了分析。采用苯酚-硫酸法分析远志总多糖含量,采用乌氏黏度计、用逐步稀释法测定远志多糖的特性黏度。结果表明,采用苯酚-硫酸法分析远志总多糖含量是可行的,3个样品的多糖质量分数分别为51.00%、52.41%、55.95%,特性黏度值分别为31.55、33.16、21.77mL/g。从紫外分析可知,样品多糖中不含蛋白质和核酸类物质。

Objective study the total polysaccharide content of polygala,and preliminary analysis intrinsic viscosity.Method The contents of polysaccharide in polygala were assayed by phenol-sulfuric acid method.And intrinsic viscosity of polysaccharide in polygala was measured by means of ubbelohde viscometer and gradually dilution method.Result by using phenol-sulphate colorimetry to determine the total polysaccharide content of polygala is feasible.polysaccharide content of three samples was51.00%,52.41%,55.95%.And The characteristic viscosity values were 31.55,31.55,21.77ml/g,respectively.From ultraviolet spectrum analysis,the different concentrations of the polysaccharide were not containing protein and nucleic acid.Conclusion preliminary study of polysaccharide polygala analysis provides a theoretical basis for fourth research in polygala polysaccharide characteristic viscosity and function relationship.
