分析突发性环境污染事故联动应急检测机制,提出了地级市应急处理办法:成立联动处理平台,控制事故现场;根据现状考虑疏散人群,处理突发性污染事故;通过平台实时通告,现场处理状况;处理结束后,召开新闻发布会。

The emergency monitoring mechanism of sudden environmental pollution accident is analyzed,and the measures for emergency treatment for prefecture-level city are put forward.The linkage processing platform is established to control accident scene.According to the situation,evacuation is considered,and sudden pollution accidents are treated.Through real-time notification of the platform,on-site processing status is presented.After the end of treatment,apress conference is held.
