摘要
通过扫描电镜、透射电镜和拉伸测试等手段,研究了纳米TiC对Mg-8Al-1Sn微观组织和拉伸性能的影响.结果表明:TiC/Mg-8Al-1Sn复合材料比Mg-8Al-1Sn的晶粒更加细化,TiC与基体之间界面结合良好.纳米TiC的加入明显提升了Mg-8Al-1Sn的力学性能.TiC/Mg-8Al-1Sn复合材料力学性能的强化机制主要是应力转移、细晶强化和Orowan强化.
The effects of nano-TiC addition on the microstructure and tensile properties of Mg-8Al-1Sn have been investigated by scanning electron microscope, transmission electron microscope and tensile testing. The results indicated that the grain size of TiC/Mg-8Al-1Sn was progressively refined compared with the Mg-8Al-1Sn and the interface between the TiC and matrix bonded well.The Mechanical properties of the Mg-8Al-1Sn improved with the addition of TiC. The strengthening mechanisms are attributed to the stress transfer, grain refinement strengthening and Orowan strengthening.
