摘要
优化空间布局对推动区域健康发展、加快京津冀协同发展进程具有重要的战略意义,而圈层经济理论为优化空间布局提供了新的研究视角。鉴于此,运用ESDA方法和区域复杂网络模型,以河北省为实证对象,分析了区域间布局结构及其联系强度,对网络结构特征度量值进行了聚类分析。研究发现,区域发展过程中存在一定程度的"马太效应",区域网络呈现出无标度的"择优增长"特征,空间布局亟待优化;石家庄和唐山在区域复杂网络中具有良好的资源控制能力和重要地位,河北省可以优化为三大经济圈层,即环京津经济圈、冀中南经济圈和冀西北经济圈。
It is important strategy meaning to optimize the spatial layout to promote the healthy development of the region and accelerate the process of collaborative development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei. Moreover, the circle economic theory provides a new perspective to optimize the spatial layout. In view of this, using the ESDA method and the regional com-plex network model, it analyzes the distribution structure and the connection strength between the regions with the Hebei Province as the empirical object. The study finds that there is a certain degree of "Matthew effect" in the process of re-gional development, and the network presents the "best growth" feature, it means that the space layout need to be opti-mized. Further studies show that in the complex area network, Shijiazhuang and Tangshan have good resource control a-bility and important position. Based on clustering analysis to the structural characteristics of network measurement value, Hebei Province can be optimized for the three major economic circles, that are Beijing and Tianjin economic circle, Hebei Central South economic circle, and Hebei northwest economic circle.
