2012年-2014年12种护理核心期刊刊载临床护理基金论文载文分析

Analysis of published articles supported by Clinical Nursing Fund in 12 core nursing journals from 2012 to 2014

[目的]了解近3年我国临床护理研究领域基金论文发展现状以及存在的问题。[方法]运用文献计量法对12种护理核心期刊刊载临床护理基金论文年代分布、基金资助来源、作者合作人数、合作机构数、地区分布、研究方式、统计学应用、学科分布、研究内容分布等信息进行研究。[结果]2012年—2014年中文临床护理基金论文比逐渐增加,中文及SCI收录论文基金论文所占比例分别为22.90%和43.64%,基金资助以省级基金为主(中文为33.11%,SCI收录论文为24.31%);SCI收录论文以3人(14.58%)、5人(15.97%)和6人(14.58%)合作为主,中文基金论文以3人合作为主(22.71%),且大多数作者来自同一机构(中文为71.87%,SCI收录论文为35.42%);广东地区中文基金论文产出最多(18.23%),香港地区SCI收录论文最多(19.44%);研究主题主要来自肿瘤科护理(中文及SCI收录论文分别为14.45%和15.97%)和疾病及症状护理(中文及SCI收录论文分别为22.95%和13.89%)。[结论]临床护理基金论文产量增加,但与SCI收录论文相比构成比例仍然较小,课题承担者合作趋势增加,经济发达地区科研成果产出较多,肿瘤科护理及疾病及症状护理基金论文产出较多,护理科研资助来源单一。

Objective： To know about the scientific status quo and existing problems of clinical nursing fund- supported research in China in recent three years. Methods： The papers published in 12 nursing core journals were analyzed by using bibliometrics from year distribution, source of the fund,number of cooperative authors, numbers of cooperative institutions, regional distribution, research methods, application of statistics, discipline distribution,research contents and so on. Results： The ratio of clinical nursing fund - supported papers published in Chinese from 2012 to 2014 gradually increased. The percentage of the papers in Chinese and SCI papers was 22. 90 % and 43. 64% respectively; most of the funds came from provincial level（33. 11 % in Chinese and 24. 31 % in SCI） ;the number of cooperative authors of papers in SCI mainly was 3（14. 58%） ,5（15. 97%）and 6（14. 58%） ;the number of cooperative authors of papers in Chinese mainly was 3（22. 71%）; most of the authors came from the same institutional. 87% in Chinese papers and 35. 42% in SCI papers）. The most published area of the fund - supported papers in Chinese was Guangdong（18. 23%） ,and the most published area of the fund - supported pa-pers in SCI was Hong Kong（19. 44%）. The main topic was the oncology nursing（14. 45% in Chinese and 15. 97% in SCI） and disease or symptoms nursing（22. 95% in Chinese and 13. 89% in SCI）. Conclusions： The number of clinical nursing fund - supported papers increased, however, the proportion of the papers was still smaller than that of the SCI papers. The cooperation trend was increased,and the output of scientific research in the economi-cally developed areas was more than other areas. There were more fund - supported papers in oncology nursing and disease and symptom nursing. The source of fund was single.
