肾移植术后新发糖尿病危险因素及其预防的研究进展

Research progress on risk factors and prevention of new onset diabetes mellitus after renal transplantation

肾移植是目前世界上公认的治疗终末期肾病的有效手段,但肾移植术后新发糖尿病(NODAT)已经成为仅次于排斥反应的第二大并发症。现对国内外关于NODAT的危险因素及其预防进行综述,以期为临床预防与控制NODAT提供参考依据。

Renal transplantation is an effective treatment for end -stage renal disease in the world,however,new onset diabetes mellitus （NODAT） after renal transplantation had become the second most serious compli-cation. This paper reviewed risk factors and prevention of NODAT at home and abroad, so as to provide refer-ence for clinical prevention and control of NODAT.
