基于CIPP模型和柯式模型构建肿瘤专科护士培训评估体系

Establishment of training evaluation system of oncology specialist nurses based on CIPP model and Cobb model

[目的]基于CIPP模型和柯式模型构建科学、合理的肿瘤专科护士培训评估体系。[方法]以CIPP模型和柯式模型为指导,采用德尔菲法对35名专家进行两轮函询,建立肿瘤专科护士培训评估体系。[结果]第一轮和第二轮专家函询的权威系数分别为0.87,0.90,三个等级指标的肯德尔协调系数分别为0.46,0.37,0.31,最终构建包含4个一级指标、12个二级指标及42个三级指标的肿瘤专科护士培训评估体系。[结论]专家的积极系数和权威系数均较高,研究结果可靠,构建的肿瘤专科护士培训体系对今后肿瘤专科护士的培训、评价具有参考价值。

Objective： To establish a scientific and reasonable training evaluation system of oncology specialistnurses based on CIPP model and Cobb model. Methods： The CIPP model and Cobb moddance. Delphy Method was used for two rounds of consultation of 35 experts for establishinsystem of oncology specialist nurses. Results： The authority coefficient of the first round and second round of expert consultation was respectively 0. 87 and 0. 90. Kendall coordination coefficients of three lndexes were re-spectively 0. 46,0. 37 and 0. 31. Finally the training evaluation system fncluded 4 first - level indicators, 12 sec-ondary indicators and 42 third - level fndicators. Conclusion ： The enthusiasm coefficient and authority coefficient of the expertswere higher and the results were reliable. The training evaluation system of onnurses had reference value for the training and evaluation of the oncology specialist nurses.
