摘要
空气弹簧是一种在柔性密闭的橡胶气囊中加入压力空气,利用空气的压缩弹性进行工作的非金属弹性元件,具有缓冲、减振、隔振及自动调整车体承载面高度而不随载荷变化等特点。它具有结构简单,工作可靠,便于维护,成本低等优点,故广泛应用于交通运输工具的悬挂装置。根据北京地铁机场线车辆用空气弹簧的技术要求,设计了国产化空气弹簧。然后通过试验验证了样品各项性能,试验结果符合各项技术要求,并通过运营考核验证产品实际应用性能。
The air spring is a non-metallic elastic element,which is a flexible sealed rubber air bag added into pressure air,to work using compressed air with the characteristics of elasticity,vibration cushioning and damping,vibration isolation and automatic adjustment of car body load bearing surface height without flowing load changing.The air spring has the advantages of simple structure,reliable operation,accessible maintenance,low cost,etc.Therefore,the application of air springs can be widely used for the suspension components of the transportation vehicle.According to the technical requirements of the air spring used on Beijing metro airport line,domestic air spring is designed.The performance of the samples was verified by the tests and inspections,and the test results meet the technical requirements,and verified the product application performance through operation evaluation.
