基于半自动售票机的广州地铁票务风险系统研究

Study on Guangzhou Metro Ticketing Risk System Based on Semi-Automatic TVM

半自动售票机是地铁票务设备中最常用也是最重要的组成部分,目前只能完成票务运作,在票务风险把控、票务管理和人员培训方面功能相对欠缺。对广州地铁现有半自动售票机、车票与设备交互原理进行分析,结合其使用过程中的潜在票务风险,研发出基于半自动售票机的票务风险系统。该系统具有情景模拟、虚拟车票、自动校对、过程查询、后台统计和智能分析等功能,现已应用于广州地铁3号线。

Semi-automatic ticket vending machine（TVM） is one of the most common and most important part of the metro ticketing equipment.At present it can only fulfill the ticketing business operation,relative lacking of functions of ticketing risk control,ticketing management and personnel training.Based on the analysis of the principle of the existing semi-automatic ticket vending machines,tickets and equipment interactive in Guangzhou metro,this paper develops a ticket risk system based on the semi automatic ticket vending machine.The system has the functions of scenario simulation,virtual ticket,automatic proofreading,process inquiry,background statistics and intelligent analysis.It has been used on Guangzhou metro line 3.
