摘要
城市轨道交通高架线采用预制盖梁可有效解决盖梁搭支架施工占道时间长、影响道路交通问题。利用有限元软件ANSYS的面-面接触分析功能以及钢筋混凝土非线性计算功能,对预制盖梁和桥墩接口的构造细节进行有限元分析,并将理论计算和实验数据对比,结果表明,采用的有限元分析方法能够较准确模拟预制盖梁接口处的受力状态。
Urban rail transit viaduct uses precast cover beams effectively solving the problems of too long construction occupation time,and the interruption of road traffic.This paper uses the finite element software ANSYS surface-tosurface contact analysis function and the reinforced concrete nonlinear calculation function to conduct finite element analysis on the structural details of precast cover beam and pier interface,and the comparison of theoretical calculated and experimental data.The results show that the finite element analysis method is used to accurately simulate the stress state of the interface of precast cover beam.
