Problems and Promoting Strategy to the New Industry Pattern of Modern Agriculture under the Background of Internet Plus

随着"互联网+"现代农业新型业态的形成和发展,在管理制度、产业链衔接、基础设施、技术人才、融资渠道、电商销售及监管方式等方面的问题随之凸显.为了促进"互联网+"农业新型业态良性有序的发展,应从如下方面着手:做好顶层设计引导协同发展、落实"宽带中国战略"加快基础设施建设、实施新农人培育行动计划提高农村复合型技术人才素质、搭建互联网金融平台拓宽现代农业融资渠道、创新现代农业销售模式与监管方式等.

With the development of the new industry pattern of modern agriculture based on＂Internet＋＂,the problems in arrangement system,industrial chain link,infrastructure,technical manpower,financing channel,electricity sales and regulatory approaches have emerged.In order to promote the development of this new industry pattern,the following measures should be taken：top-level design should be made to guide collaborative development;the＂broadband China strategy＂should be implied to speed up infrastructure construction;the action plan of cultivating new farmers should be carried out to improve the quality of rural composite technology talents;internet banking platforms should be built to broaden the financing channels;modern agricultural sales models and regulatory measures also should be innovated.
