摘要
在现代教育体系背景下谈高职院校团队建设,需先对教学团队的内涵和特征有所把握,进而才能认识高职院校教学团队建设的真谛。通过分析高职院校教学团队建设问题所在,提出了解决问题的路径,以之推动高职院校教学团队建设。
It is of great significance to talk about the concept and characteristics of the teaching team to grasp the team construction in higher vocational colleges in the background of modern education system, and realize the true significance of teaching team construction in higher vocational colleges, through the analysis of the teaching team construction in higher vocational colleges. This paper puts forward some ways to solve the problems, in order to promote the development of teaching team construction in higher vocational colleges.
