University alumni resources which provide the resources of education, linance, information, brand for school is an important force that can not be ignored in the development of the school.The article takes the work of College of Management Engineering in Shandong Jianzhu University for example, combines the exploration with practice,gives a thought on the usage of alumni resources which can make it play a better role in higher education.
