摘要
泪膜破裂时间(BUT)检测是眼科临床中用于诊断干眼症的主要方法,用于评估泪膜质量及其稳定性。本文通过分析泪膜视频,提出了一种泪膜破裂时间计算机辅助检测方法。该方法首先将泪膜视频分割成不同的检测段,然后在每个检测段中提取感兴趣的区域,最终根据出现泪膜破裂特征的帧数及其帧率得出泪膜破裂时间。此方法已经通过了一个包含9段泪膜视频的数据集的测试,检测结果达到了专业眼科医生的水准。
Tear film Break-up Time （ BUT） is the main diagnostic method of dry eye in the ophthalmology clinical, which is used to evaluate the quality and stability of tear film. Through analyzing the tear film video, this paper proposes the detection method aided with computer vision. In this paper,video segmented into different testing period at first, and then the region of interest extracted in each test period. Eventually, the BUT gotten based on frame rate and number of frames which break areas appear.This method has been tested on a data set consisting of 9 videos. The detection has reached the level of professional eye doctors.
