摘要
以FANUC 0i-D系统为例,开发一个可监测并提取工业机器人柔性制造单元关键运行数据的软件系统。通过确定一种可基于PC机、工业机器人、数控机床三者的通信方式,实现通讯并提取数据加以分析处理,使用户缩短生产准备时间,提高产品质量。
A softw-are system which can detect and extract run data of industrial robot in fmc was developed taking FANUC0i-D system as an example. By determining an communication mode based on personal computer, industrial robot and CNC, realize communication and extraction of data, analyze and process the data in order to shorten the time of production preparation, increase the productivity.
