微创弹性髓内钉并经皮注射自体骨髓加异体骨粉移植治疗儿童长管状骨骨囊肿的探讨

Minimally invasive elastic intramedullary nail and clinical study of percutaneous injection of autologous bone marrow and allogeneic bone graft for the treatment of bone cys

目的研究微创弹性髓内钉并经皮注射自体骨髓加异体骨粉移植治疗儿童长管状骨骨囊肿的临床效果。方法选择我院于2013年6月至2016年5月收治的36例儿童长管状骨骨囊肿患者,按照就诊先后顺序分为A组、B组和C组,各12例。A组患儿仅行弹性髓内钉治疗,B组患儿行自体骨髓加异体骨粉移植,C组患儿行弹性髓内钉并自体骨髓加异体骨粉移植治疗。术后随访,比较3组患儿骨囊肿愈合情况及恢复情况。结果所有患者术后进行随访,随访时间6-18个月,平均(14.52±3.21)个月。C组骨囊肿愈合情况显著好于A组和B组(P<0.05),A组和B组无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论弹性髓内钉及经皮注射自体骨髓加异体骨粉移植都为微创手术,两者协同治疗儿童长管状骨骨囊肿有良好的效果。

Objective To study the elasticity of minimally invasive intramedullary nail and the clinical effect of percutaneous injection of autologous bone marrow and allogeneic bone graft in the treatment of children＇s long tubular bone cyst. Methods 36 children with long tubular bone cyst,who were in our hospital from June 2013 to May 2016,were divided into group A,group B and group C according to the sequence of treatment,12 cases in each. Group A was treated with elastic intramedullary nail,group B was treated by autologous bone marrow and allogeneic bone transplantation,group C was treated by elastic intramedullary nail combined with autogenous bone marrow and allogeneic bone transplantation. The healing and recovery of bone cyst were compared between the 3 groups. Results All patients were followed up for 6-18 months,average（14.52±3.21） months. The healing of bone cysts in group C was significantly better than that in group B and group P0.05（A）,and there was no significant difference between group A and group B（P0.05）. Conclusion Elastic intramedullary nail and percutaneous injection of autologous bone marrow and allogeneic bone transplantation for minimally invasive surgery,synergy of the two treatment children long tubular bone cyst has good effect.
