摘要 目的观察前列腺癌组织中核因子κB(NF-κB)和表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)的表达及其相关性,结合临床病理学特征,探讨NF-κB、EGFR在前列腺癌发生、发展中的作用。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法对40例前列腺癌组织和10例前列腺增生组织中NF-κB p65和EGFR蛋白的表达情况进行检测,分析并探讨NF-κB p65和EGFR与前列腺癌的病理分级、临床分期、侵袭转移的关系以及NF-κB p65的表达与EGFR的表达之间的相关性。结果 NF-κB p65及EGFR在前列腺癌中的表达均明显高于前列腺增生组织(P<0.05);NF-κB p65和EGFR在前列腺癌中的阳性表达与病理分级、分期、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05);与血清PSA值无明显相关性(P>0.05);NF-κB p65与EGFR在前列腺癌中的表达呈正相关(r=0.388,P<0.05)。结论 NF-κB的活化与EGFR在前列腺癌中高表达并与前列腺癌的分级、分期、侵袭转移等有关,推测NF-κB也许可以通过调控EGFR的表达进而促进前列腺癌的发生发展,NF-κB以及EGFR可以作为判断前列腺癌侵袭性、转移及预后的生物学标志物。 Objective To observe the expression of NF-κB and EGFR and their correlation in prostate cancer. Combined with clinical pathological characteristics,to investigate the role of NF-κB and EGFR in the occurrence and development of prostate cancer. Methods Using immunohistochemical SP method to detect the expression of NF-κB p65 and EGFR protein in 40 cases of prostate cancer tissue and 10 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia tissue,analyze and discuss its relationships with grade、stage、invasion and metastasis,the correlation of NF-κB p65 express and EGFR express. Results The expression of NF-κB p65 and EGFR in prostate cancer tissue were significantly higher than benign prostatic hyperplasia tissue(P 0.05);expression of NF-κB p65 and EGFR in prostate cancer have relation to pathological grade,stage,lymph node metastasis(P0.05),but not obvious correlation with serum PSA value(P 0.05);NF-κB p65 and EGFR in prostate cancer was positively correlated(r =0.388,P 0.05).Conclusion NF-κB activation and EGFR in prostate cancer with high expression and have relationship to the grade、stage、invasion and metastasis of the prostate cancer,NF-κB may by regulating EGFR expression to promote the occurrence and development of prostate cancer,NF-κB p65 and EGFR can be used as biomarkers to decide prostate cancer invasion,metastasis and prognosis.
