表面等离激元增强拉曼散射(SERS)的机理 被引量:1

摘要 被称为"指纹谱"的拉曼谱在生物、化学及医学研究中具有重要应用,特别是在单分子传感方面具有优势。但相对于入射光强,拉曼散射信号强度非常弱,需借助科学手段增强信号,即增强拉曼研究,这主要从增强拉曼信号强度和提高信噪比两方面着手。其中,表面增强拉曼散射(SERS)是其中一支极其重要的研究方向。本文从拉曼散射的基本原理出发,研究了金属微纳结构增强拉曼信号的机理,为基于拉曼信号的高灵敏度传感提供理论参考,并给出了一个实验结果。 Raman spectrum, named as "fingerprint spectrum", has important application in biology, chemistry and medicine research. It has advantage in single molecular sensing especially. But Raman scattering signal is very weak. It needs to enhance Raman singal by scientific methods, which is enhanced Raman research. It often needs to enhance intensity or improve signal-noise ratio of Raman signal. Among them, surface enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) is one of the most important research directions. In this paper, the mechanism of metal micro-nano-structure enhanced Raman signal is studied based on the principle of Raman scattering, which provides a theoretical reference for the high sensitivity sensing based on the Raman signal and an experimental result is given.
