工序分析法在生产管理中的应用

简要介绍了工业工程(IE)的发展历程,详细说明了工序分析法的实施原则、方法和步骤。结合工作实践,通过对改善前后生产过程进行定性和定量对比分析,说明了工序分析法在生产现场降低工作强度、提高工作效率的重要作用。

This paper briefly introduces the development of Industrial Engineering （IE）, detailing the process analysis of the imple- mentation of the principles, methods and steps. Combined with work practice, through the qualitative and quantitative comparison before and after improvement production process analysis, illustrates the process analysis in production field to reduce working intensity, im- prove work efficiency.
