宁海县2005年与2015年溪蟹感染并殖吸虫对比分析

摘要 目的了解宁海县2005与2015年溪蟹感染并殖吸虫的改变情况,探求感染率变化的原因。方法 2015年在宁海县原并殖吸虫病自然疫源地采集溪蟹,进行溪蟹并殖吸虫感染情况调查,并与2005年溪蟹感染情况调查进行对比。结果采集溪蟹均为长江华溪蟹,十年前后溪蟹的感染率与感染度差异有统计学意义(χ^2=10.739,P〈0.05),十年前溪蟹的感染率及感染度均高于目前;十年前后雄性感染率差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.185,P〈0.05),雌性感染度差异无统计学意义(χ^2=1.413,P〉0.05);十年前后体重为0~20克组的感染率差异有统计学意义(χ^2=17.795,P〈0.05),大于20克组感染度差异无统计学意义。结论宁海县十年前后溪蟹感染并殖吸虫呈下降趋势,可能跟自然环境变化有关,但疫源地仍然存在,还需引起警惕和重视。 Objective To understand the changes of infection on paragonimus between 2005 and 2015 in Ninghai county and explore the reasons for the change of infection rate. Methods Paragonimus metacercaria infection in potamon denticulata in the natural foci of acquisition in 2015 was surveyed and compared with the result in 2005. Results The potamon denticulata were all sinopotamon yangtsekiense, the infected rate in 2005 was higher than in 2015, the difference was statistically significant( χ^2=10.739,P〈0.05),between ten years the male infected rates, difference was statistically significant( χ^2=6.185,P〈0.05),the female infected rates, the difference was no statistically significant( χ^2=1.413,P〈0.05); the infected rates with weight of 0 to 20 grams group had statistical difference( χ^2=17.795,P〈0.05), the infected rates in weight greater than 20 g group without statistical difference. Conclusion Infection of paragonimus decreased after ten years in Ninghai county, which may be closely related to changes in the natural environment, but there were still epidemic focus in the county and more attention should be paid for it.
