摘要
目的探索一种方法,阶段性评估地震灾害后应急处置效果,为下一阶段采取卫生应急措施提供依据。方法结合定量评分表,从危险因素识别、危险因素特征描述、危险因素暴露评估以及评估结论四个方面进行评估。结果昭通市灾区危险因素暴露水平很低,传染病控制效果显著,卫生防疫能力基本恢复。结论昭通市灾后应急效果良好,卫生应急工作全面落实,下一阶段除了做好人员撤离、工作交接,同时关注潜在隐患。
Objective To explore a method for evaluating periodically the effect of emergency disposal after earthquake and provide the basis for the health emergency measures next stage. Methods Combined with the quantitative assessment,we evaluated it from four aspects： risk identification, characterization of risk factors, exposure assessment and evaluation conclusios. Results Zhao tong city had low level of risk factors exposed, the effect of infectious disease controlled was remarkable and the ability to health prevention recovered basically. Conclusion Emergency effect of Zhao tong city postdisaster was well, and the health emergency work was implemented fully. In addition to complete the evacuation for personnel, meanwhile we must focus on the potential hazard for the next stage.
