Preparing anode material copper doped lithium titanate by sol-gel method

摘要 采用溶胶-凝胶法制备铜掺杂的纳米钛酸锂(Li_4Ti_5O_(12))颗粒。用XRD、SEM、恒流充放电和电化学阻抗谱(EIS)测试样品的结构、形貌及电化学性能。铜掺杂改性的颗粒,结晶度高、分散良好,减小了粒径。样品Li_(3.90)Cu_(0.10)Ti_(5)O_(12)在1.0-2.5 V循环,0.1 C、5.0 C比容量分别为172.31 m Ah/g、133.42 m Ah/g;铜掺杂改性使得Li_(3.90)Cu_(0.10)Ti_(5)O_(12)电荷转移阻抗降低为15.69Ω。 Copper doped lithium titanate( L14TisO12 ) nano particles were prepared by sol-gel method. The structure,morphology and electrochemical performance of the sample were tested by XRD, SEM, galvanostatie charge-discharge and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS). The particles modified by copper doping had high crystallinity and good dispersion,the particle was reduced. When the sample Li3.9oCuo.loTis012 was cycled in 1.0 -2. 5 V,its specific capacity was 172. 31 mAICg and 133.42 mAh/g at 0. 1 C and 5.0 C, respectively. Copper doping minimized the charge transfer impedance of Li3.9oCuo. loT is O12 to 15.69 Ω.
