浅析磷肥企业转型增效发展方向

Recommendations for Transformation of Traditional Phosphate Fertilizer Producers

结合国内外磷复肥行业的发展情况及趋势和近期国家各部委、行业监管层的政策导向,提出传统磷肥企业转型增效发展的几种思路,建议传统磷肥企业利用现有装置改现有二水法为半水-二水法,提高磷酸品质,进而提高传统磷铵质量或发展中低端水溶肥;建议有条件的传统大型磷肥企业采用半水-二水法磷酸技术辅以湿法磷酸净化为核心的磷酸梯级利用,生产精细磷酸盐、高端水溶肥等高附加值和多元化的产品,提高企业竞争力。

Based on the status and trend of domestic and international phosphate and compound fertilizer sector,as well as recent policies issued by relevant state ministries,commissions and regulatory authorities of the sector,recommendations are proposed for traditional phosphate fertilizer producers in order to achieve better profitability. It is recommended that the traditional phosphate fertilizers can switch the existing production facilities from the existing dihydrate( DH) process to hemi-dihydrate( HDH) process in order to improve the phosphoric acid quality,and hence improve the quality of traditional ammonium phosphate products,or go to medium-and low-end water soluble fertilizers; It is recommended that traditional large phosphate fertilizer producers,if possible,can utilize the HDH phosphoric acid process together with purified phosphoric acid( PPA) technology for further utilization of the phosphoric acid to produce specialty phosphates,high-end water soluble fertilizers and other high value-added and diversified products in order to increase the competitiveness.
