摘要
某硫酸装置催化剂筛分系统采用了负压连续输送筛分的方式,介绍了其系统设计分析和工作流程,并对该系统的相关工艺参数进行了核定和计算。根据在3套硫酸装置的催化剂筛分系统中的应用效果来看,与传统主要依靠人工方式的催化剂筛分系统相比,大大减少了劳动力,改善了催化剂筛分过程中的作业环境,对催化剂筛分系统自动化研究具有一定的借鉴意义。
Negative-pressure continuous conveying is employed for the catalyst screening system of a sulphuric acid plant. The design analysis and work flow for the system are provided. Relevant process parameters of the system are calculated and verified. According to the application results of the catalyst screening system in three sulphuric acid plants,compared to the traditional catalyst screening system relying on manual operation,it significantly reduces the work load,improves the working environment for catalyst screening,and the research on the automation of the catalyst screening system offers certain reference.
